As a subsidiary of Arminco Inc., a successful, industry defining 21 year old Dental and Medical specialty Design/Build General Contractor, the concept of ARMEDAS was developed as having a focus in the investment, development and construction in and of residential property by utilizing all of the technological advancements available today, careful selection and inclusion of the best of breed product and materials, leveraging over 40 years of combined homebuilding and land/ community development experience, coupled with our parent company’s in-house design, architecture and engineering capabilities to develop, build and deliver value- engineered, incredibly efficient, yet stunningly beautiful homes to our clients in a way that is uniquely our own.

ARMEDAS is focused on delivering not only an incredibly energy efficient home, but one built and priced on value. We educate each of our clients on not only the acquisition price of their home, but also to consider the following: Ongoing operational costs such as heating, air-conditioning, electrical (monthly utility bills), tax breaks and incentives, maintenance costs, resale value and all potential costs to re-market the home.

Unlike most homebuilders, who’s “included features” list are primarily comprised of minimum code requirements, ARMEDAS ups the ante. Our “included features” are just that – included features – NOT CODE REQUIRED ITEMS.

We take pride in the homes we build for our clients and code minimum just won’t cut it. To be fair and equitable to all of the other hammer swingers – we list what automatically comes with each of our homes as an “Included Upgrade”. That’s because every other builder would consider our standards as an upgrade, and charge for it accordingly (if they could even provide a comparable offering at all).

There is no slight of hand – no marketing spin (we’re builders, not marketing savants, obviously) – there are no “free rec room” or “free morning room” or “hardwood floors in the foyer and kitchen” if you sign a contract right now. What we list is what you get. On each and every home. We do offer some upgrades, but we view those as convenience items or “nice-to- haves”, rather than being something that offers direct value, a substantive increase to quality or a direct benefit to our clients.

So, keep your change – we’re not here to nickel and dime you.
