ARMEDAS’ development activities run the gamut and include urban in-fill to large parcel and community development and everywhere in between, from Agricultural to wooded sites and from 6,000 square feet sites to properties measuring in the hundreds of acres.
During the preliminary phase, we look closely at the surrounding area and it’s “feel”. Our goal is to enhance the aesthetics of the site and increase neighboring property values all while minimizing the disturbance of the land and natural it’s surroundings. This is not an easy feat, but it’s what we do.
Our primary development area is throughout VA, MD and DC, with moderate expansion out to PA, the Carolinas, TN and KY. However, we do maintain a selective, nationwide reach for the right projects.
